Under present global economy recession background, our company decidedly took this opportunity to hold off-the-job training for employees in order to integrate company's resources and improve their overall qualities and skills. From late Mar., our company started to hold off-the-job training for employees in turn including professional knowledge training, military training, practical exercises training, skill competition. Following pictures are one corner of military training.
在當前經濟形勢下，公司抓住契機，整合資源，養兵蓄銳，充分利用時機提升員工綜合素質。自3月下旬開始分批對員工進行脫產訓練并舉辦技能競賽，內容有專業知識培訓，軍訓，實操訓練及技能競賽。圖為軍訓一角。
